Gwen was born March 20, 1943 in Minor Hill, Tennessee to William J. & Margie C. (Burgess) Faulkenberry. Gwendolyn devoted thirty plus years of her life to home health care & nursing. For the last seven years she had been employed by Comfort Keepers, where she was named Employee of the Year in 2009. Gwen was a member of the Benton Harbor Church of Christ on Empire Ave. She was affiliated with Lory’s Place and Hospice. Gwen loved to listen to music at the Box Factory, watch the sunsets, take nice long walks and visit the elderly and shut in. Her family and friends were very important to her. Most of all she enjoyed her grandchildren.

Smith) Trousdale-Smith of Daytona Beach, FL, Keith Trousdale of Daytona Beach, FL, Martin Trousdale of Coloma, Rose Robin (Barry) Kephart of Daytona Beach, FL; seven grandchildren-Sommer Smith, Zackary, Abigail, & Samantha Trousdale, Travis, Amber & Logan Kephart; her sister Mildred Pierce of Benton Harbor; and several nieces & nephews.
